Obligation To Be Created
(1) If there is a legal compulsion for
one to do or to abstain from doing any act, an obligation is created
if one omits to do or does such an act.
(2) The obligation to be created pursuant to sub-section (1)
shall be maintained and determined pursuant to this Chapter.
